Lunch - Seafood Oglio Olio


Cooked this... Prawn and crab meat oglio olio...
A bit dry... dunno how to make it wetter without putting too much oil while retaining the taste.. The crab meat, cant see anymore.. sob...
Note to self: dun stir fry crab together with watever you are cooking! Instead, cook it separately..
