Dinner - Wedding Banquet @ Trade Union Hotel, Hanoi

So finally, the reason why I go Hanoi ...
To attend LDBFF wedding. Here it is ... the tables are rectangular and for 6 people per table, 3 on each side.
The food are already served on the table so anybody who have come to the table can start and eat. Lucky for this system as we are very late :) (well,... the dinner start at 5, as most Hanoi people knock off work at 4.30pm)
The food served, steamed fish, chicken, prawn, salad appertiser, black pepper beef, veges, soup and 2 types of rice, plain and sticky rice :)
The ingredients for the soup before the soup base is poured in. A waiter will come around once you start to eat on that table. The soup consist of fish maw, balls, pork meat, fish cake etc
Steam fish, this is another dish that is served warm as there is fire underneath it. The rest, as mentioned, already on the table :)
Chicken, before the cling wrap is removed :)
Congrats to LDBFF and her hubby! :)
