Dinner - Itecho Sushi @ Ion

Went to try here after hearing some raves about this place.

BBQ-ed eel. The lump in the middle is the rice.. a bit extra coz the topping is very long haha. It is very thin and very sweet.. I don't really like it..
Crab salad.. not as what I expected. It is shreds of cucumber, crab sticks and the fish roe in mayo sauce.

Dinner - Kim Gary HK Cafe @ Tampines One

This HK cafe have more selection of various types of rice with the combination of the meat toppings. I like the mushroom rice, will try other types next time :)

Homemade - Egg Mayo Sandwich

I prepare this for breakfast. Egg mayo sandwich :)
Ingredients:
- 3 hardboiled egg
- Mayonaise
- Black pepper / white pepper
- Lettuce
- Wholemeal bread
Method:
- Mashes the egg using a fork or masher
- Mix with mayonaise until all the egg are covered in mayo
- Add in pepper to the mixture
- Serve this filling between the wholemeal bread and lettuce
- Enjoy!
Note:
If you want to speed up the process in the morning, you can pre-boil the egg and mashed it up the night before and store it in the fridge. :)

Dinner - Watami Japanese Restaurant @ Raffles City

Went to try this place as it was said to be very good :)

Soy sauce for wasabi
Salmon sushi
Wagyu beef
Pork chop, with a topping of egg mayonaise. This serving is really huge and the pork is very thick. Very value for money.
The total bill only come up to ~$38.
Nice place to eat, will definitely come again :)
