Homecooked - Long Bean Omelette with Instant Fried Noodle

Didn't plan to cook but nothing to eat, so after seeing whatever available on the fridge, here goes the simple dinner.. Instant fried noodle with long bean omelette
Fried instant noodle, I added slices of chili padi for the spicy kick
Long Bean Omelette for the vegetable content of dinner. I like the color, looks appertizing :)
Method:
- Cut long beans into rings
- Chop big chili for garnishing and color
- Beat 2 eggs and season with pepper and soya sauce
- Stir fry the long beans with a little oil till soft
- Add in the chili slices and fry around for a while
- Spread the long beans and chili on the pan and pour in the beaten egg mixture
- Leave it to cook for 1 minute
- Cut into triangular slices and flip each side to cook the top of the egg
- Leave it to cook for about 1 minute
- Dish up and enjoy

Dinner - Sun Japanese Dining @ CHIJMES

Went to have dinner gathering in here :) Walkway to the restaurant.. narrow with wooden pillar separation and glass display cabinet on the other side

Close up. The sauce is very nice, a bit nutty taste :)
Dobinmushi. The soup is just ok.. there is chicken and prawn with mushroom and gingko nut inside :)
Fried prawn. My favourite menu :) The one here is bigger and more transparent than the normal ones I see in Japanese restaurant.
Sashimi platter, there is slmon, prawn, scallop, yellowtail fish, tuna and we are all not sure what is the other fish.. look like snakehead fish ?!? :p

Green tea tiramisu. Not a very strong green tea taste.
Black sesame beancurd cake. It is very interesting taste. Not as soft as tofu but not as firm as cheesecake :) The black esame taste is not too overwhelming, which I prefer, too! :)
Soybean cheesecake. My favourite dessert here :)
Macha ice cream
It is a treat, so I'm not sure how much is the bill, but all these for $200+ :)

Lunch - Bali Thai @ Suntec

Went to eat at this restaurant. A mix of Bali and Thai cuisine :) The interior look.

Dracula Soda. It is rose syrup mixed with sweetened soda
The chips with the chili sauce. Was too hungry and only remember to take pic when it is finished :p
Tom Yum Seafood Soup. The must have item in any Thai food :)
Grilled squid, it is an Indonesian dish.

Chendol Dessert, an Indonesian dessert.

Vegetable soup with seafood. I like the soup as it is very clear, fresh and tasty. A bit different from using salted vegetable but good enough to satisfy my craving for seafood salted vegetable soup. Very generous in the seafood too :)
Steamed White Chicken :) Very tender and good :)

3 for all platter consisting of fried mozzarella, buffalo wings and roast potato skin, with celery sticks and dips. It is very filling.
Cedar seared salmon pasta. There is a huge chunk of salmon, that makes the whole meal so filling hehe :)
