Lunch - Pork Chop

Wheat biscuit
Pork chop (a bit blurred image)

Pork Chop recipe:

Pork slices (steak sized) [Pound at the meat a bit so its more tender]
Pounded wheat biscuit / can use bread crumb also
Soy sauce / dark soy sauce
White pepper
Egg white

Method:
- Season the pork with soy sauce, and white pepper
- Leave it for a while
- Coat the seasoned pork with egg white
- Coat the meat with bread crumb
- Fry
- Cut the ready product in cross sections


The meat is very tender and nice. The bread crumbs is crispy.
