Lemongrass pork

The smell of the lemongrass is just nice and not too overpowering ...
So here is the recipe...

Lemongrass pork

Boil water till bubly ...
Put in pork rib for about 30 sec ... just so the inner part is cooked and soft..
Take out and wash with water

Marinate the pork with dark soy sauce, fish sauce, chopped chili padi (not too much and take out most of the seeds first, not supposed to be hot.. supposed to be just accompanying flavour) and chooped lemon grass
Stir in a bit of cooking oil to the mixture and mix it well ...

Heat up the pan and pan fry the meat about 15 min
