Lemongrass pork steak

Lemongrass pork steak
Close up view, those small small thing on the meat is the chopped lemongrass and green chilies

It's nice and the pork is soft..

Recipe: (already modified a bit)
Lean pork meat (cut in to steak sized)
Dark soy sauce
Light soy sauce (If too much dark soy sauce already this one can dun need put I think)
Chopped lemongrass
Chooped green chili (smash it up a bit)
Oil

Method:
Stir in all the ingredients and mix well
Leave to sit for a while, if u like
Use a dry pan and fry them

Note:
Do not put too much of the soy sauces, otherwise too salty
1 stalk of lemonrgrass with about 5 green chilies is enough for about serving for 2
(Otherwise the lemongrass smell too overpowering)
