Dinner - Shin Kushiya @ Suntec

Chawanmushi

Garlic Fried Rice

Soft Shell Crab Sushi (a bit tangy) :)

Curry and plum powder (to go with the skewers) to enhance the taste




Assorted Skewer: plain asparagus, chicken ball, pork asparagus, mushroom with minced chicken, golden mushroom with pork, shishamo, chicken skin, chicken thigh with tako wasabi
Dessert: yuzu sherbet and coconut jelly
Had a great dinner at Shin Kushiya ... Let's see the food and food background...
Kushiyaki means charcoal grilled skewers. Literally, it meant "grilled skewers". The normal terms that we are more used its yakitori, which strictly meant skewers for chicken or chicken parts. In Japan, Kushiyaki is a quick bite or snack kind of food and normally enjoyed with sake.
