The chili crab is nearby haha ... The sauce is already cooled but the crab is very hot.. is it cooked separately ? or that the crab retain a higher heat capacity? I am just ok with the sauce of the chili crab... not say very fantastic.. One thing I am very amazed is that the claws, are cracked in a thoughtful and skillful way, that we can pull it out using hands and not using the crackers. The shells come out nicely and the meat is still intact.. for both, so it might not be a coincidence, but that the chef understand the way the shell cracks heheTotal bill: ~$84 (quite ex le.... )
