Decided to order this to try... this coffee is said to be the most expensive coffee in the world. The coffee bean is eaten by that racoon-looking animal called Asian-Palm Civet, then passed out. Then it will have the special aroma ... There is a choice of 3% kopi luwak content mixed with other coffee powder, but will result in the sourish taste of the coffee.. price will be slightly cheaper tho ..
So.. decided.. just go for the 100% passed out coffee bean from this animal haha
This is our order... the waitress will make the coffee in front of us.
The smell of the powder when the coffee is in the making is really strong and nice..
Here u are.. the aromatic coffee Luwak. The powder doesn't dissolve in the hot water like the normal instant coffee.. it is bitter.. a bit like espresso kind of bitterness..
