Roasted duck with angelica herbs. The sauce is very herby taste. I like the skin as it is crispy :)

This restaurant is located near Bukit Timah, very nice place without having the too formal feel :)

Grilled fish, but I don't remember what is the name of this fish. Its white meat and taste quite good. The meat doesn't contain as much fats.

Grilled ocean trout, it is orangy in color. A cross between trout and salmon. The meat contains more fats in it.

There are nice appertiser like the seafood and sashimi but didn't manage to take pictures of them..
